Alpha was originally developed by an Anglican church, but it is widely used and embraced by Catholic parishes around the world and has been approved by the Diocese of Dallas. Our Alpha sessions are fully in line with Catholic teaching and include Catholic hosts, content tailored for Catholic audiences, and optional follow-up opportunities like RCIA or small groups.
Alpha fue desarrollado originalmente por una iglesia anglicana, pero hoy en día es ampliamente utilizado y acogido por parroquias católicas en todo el mundo. Alpha is for everyone. Many practicing Catholics attend Alpha to rekindle their faith, grow in community, or accompany someone else on the journey. Even if you’ve been in the Church your whole life, Alpha can be a refreshing space to revisit the basics and encounter Christ in a new way.
