Communication Requests
Ministries and organizations at St Mark the Evangelist and within the Catholic Diocese of Dallas must submit their communication requests by the corresponding deadlines using the form below.
Please note, the deadline is based on the publication date of the bulletin or Flocknote, NOT the date of your event. For example:
Event is on May 24
Request Bulletin May 17
Submit Form by May 6

Due to our limited space and resources on our platforms, announcements are given priority in the following order.

Administrative Announcements
(ex. Mass Schedule, Office Closures) - Internal/Staff Ministries
(ex. Faith Formation, Youth Ministry, Evangelization etc.) - St Mark-based Ministries
(ex. CRHP, Divine Mercy Cenacle ) - Non-Parish Based Ministries affiliated at St Mark
(ex. Knights of Columbus, American Heritage Girls) - Community Events
(Includes events at other parishes)
Secular Events/Announcements must first be approved by the Pastor.
